Short version: your answers stay on your device. Last updated July 2026.
The guided draft (self-serve): nothing. Your answers are processed inside your browser to build your pack. We do not receive them, store them, or track what you write.
The optional review service: if you choose an option where a person reads your draft, you would be sending us the information in that draft so we can help. That may include information about your health, which is treated as sensitive. We would only ever use it to help you with your draft, with your clear consent, and we would delete it once the work is done.
Details about your conditions and care needs are special category data under UK data protection law. In the self-serve tool this never leaves your device. In any service where you send it to us, we handle it only with your explicit consent, keep it secure, and do not share or sell it.
This demonstration site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies. It is self-contained.
Where we do hold information about you, you have the right to ask for a copy, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
This page describes how the demonstration build behaves and how the live service is intended to work. It is a starting-point document, not legal advice.
