CareClaim is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), GOV.UK, or any government body. We do not speak for them and we cannot influence any decision they make.
We guide you through questions about your care needs and turn your answers into clear, factual draft wording, a supporting statement, and an evidence checklist. It is a writing aid. Everything we produce is a draft that belongs to you.
You review everything, you sign it, and you submit it yourself. You stay in control at every step.
Using CareClaim does not guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid at any particular rate. Decisions are made solely by the DWP based on your circumstances. Any figures we show (such as the 2026/27 rates) are for general information.
Our prices are shown clearly before you pay, as a one-off charge with no subscription. The current build is a demonstration and does not take real payment. When live, payment would be handled by a secure provider (such as Stripe or PayPal); we would not store your card details.
Because your pack is digital content made available immediately, you may be asked to agree that you want it straight away and understand this affects the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
The information you provide must be true and accurate. Knowingly giving false information on a benefit claim is a serious matter and is your responsibility, not ours. Please read every line of your draft before you use it.
We provide CareClaim with reasonable care, but we do not accept liability for the outcome of any claim, for decisions made by the DWP, or for information you choose to include or leave out. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Trader details: this is a demonstration build. Before any real payment is taken, this section will state the registered trading name, business address and contact email address of the seller, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
